recycled magazine dreidel
I made it out of paper! This is Three Stone Steps' most beloved pieces of Judaica: this dreidel is made by a fair trade women's collective in the Philippines. The "body" of the spinning top is made of tightly rolled paper used magazine pages over a recycled cardboard box. The handle is also coiled paper. The letters made of painted twine. While it does spin, it's mostly symbolic. It's best to think of this piece as a fantastic decorative item for Hanukkah. Measures 3.5" x 3.5" x 5".
