We strive to keep things simple. For all US orders, we ship USPS Priority Mail, which usually takes 2-3 days to arrive at most US locations. We process your order within 48-hours of your placing it. (Although usually it’s within 24-hours.) If we can’t fill your order in a timely fashion, we’ll definitely let you know.
For online orders, our rates are as follows:
up to $50: $7.
$50.01-$99.99: $8.
$100 and above: FREE
Should you need your order shipped overnight, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you, and let you know the difference in price.
Canadian orders are shipped via USPS Parcel Post.
Other international orders are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Returns
While we hope that you love your Three Stone Steps purchase as much as we do, we understand that sometimes what you order online isn’t quite what you expected, so we happily accept returns. The steps for returning are below:
- Returns are accepted no later than two weeks after you receive your order;
- We regret that we can only accept returns of new, unused items only;
- Please email us at info[at]threestonesteps[dot]com to notify us of your intention to return an item/s;
- We will refund your order amount in the form payment was received;
- Refunds do not include shipping costs.
